We offer free shipping to mainland Uk on all our products
All Free UK deliveries will take place between 9am & 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Prior to your order being dispatched we will notify you by e-mail and advise you of a delivery date. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the address you have nominated.
Delivery time is normally next day but can vary from between 5 -10 working days. As soon as your order is ready for dispatch we will ring or email you to arrange a firm delivery date. Most rugs are dispatched on a Next Day service with our regular courier, but some of the smaller rugs go by the post office or Parcelforce and take a little longer. Should a delay occur we will contact you with further information.

Deliveries to Eire, Northern Ireland and all Offshore Islands including the Isle of Wight and Isle of Man are £35 per order .

All European and Worldwide deliveries are priced up individually:
Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands : £50
Estonia, Finland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden : £100
Spain, Italy : £55
Austria, Denmark, Switzerland : £55
USA, Canada : POA

Offshore deliveries and deliveries to parts of Scotland may take an extra day or so depending on how remote your location as may some deliveries to Eire and Northern Ireland.

Premium Services.
We often get asked what time the goods will be delivered. Rugs sent out via our regular courier are on a Next Day service but our courier cannot give us times for deliveries. When rugs leave us they go to a central depot then are forwarded on to smaller local depots all around the country. The only way to get a timed delivery is to pay for one of our courier's premium services.
These are:
Mon-Fri before 10.00 a.m.£12.00
Mon-Fri before 1.00 p.m. £ 8.00
Saturday before 1.00 p.m. £18.00

Availability and Reservations
Rugs of the World aims to keep the selection of available carpets up to date, however there may be instances of errors in rug status. Rugs may therefore occasionally be unavailable when showing as available.
Returns Policy
A carpet can be returned if it is not suitable.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the article.
Any returns request must be made within 7 Days of receipt of the item.
In all cases, return carriage is the responsibility of the client. Rugs of the World can make collections from UK customers, however the cost of this will be deducted from the refund.
Once goods are received and checked to be in good condition, a refund will be made to the client.
